1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

 

 

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within India.

  • COD orders also qualify for free shipping on orders.

     

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please contact us at [insert your customer care email or phone number].

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 21 working days, subject to bank processing time.

  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different color or style, it will be subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned product and confirm it meets return conditions.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment and may take up to 21 business days.

  • If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

 

 

6. Additional Notes

  • We take great care in quality checks before dispatching any order. Minor color variation due to screen resolution or lighting is not considered a defect.

  • In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
